As I mentioned, here's the thread with my character conversion into Saga Edition. You can see there's a wide variety of abilities I selected, trying not to focus too much into just being a Jedi combat monkey.

Force Technique- Force Point Recovery

The plan is to continue with some more Jedi Knight levels, learn Shii-Cho form, then move into Jedi Master and learn Quicken Power. Post Order 66 ideas (assuming I survive) will be to experiment perhaps with Soldier and Gunslinger, and maybe even Crime Lord. (My plan for laying low is to go DEEP into the criminal underground and make use of my training as a Sentinel/Watchman, a-la spymaster Jedi Tholme).

My intent here was to have a Jedi that uses the Force in combat. Force Focus and Telekinetic Savant allow me to recyecle some force powers in combat, the first as a full round action automatically (since the UTF check is DC15 and I have a 17 base in that skill) and the second as a swift action (but limited to telekinetic powers). Still pretty useful, IMO. Improved move light object allowed me to circumvent spending a feat on Quickdraw and get the same effect, all be it that I have to be able to use the Force to do it.

My first impression of the Jedi class is that where once you wanted/needed to put a bunch of ability score into strength or dexterity, now you can be almost equally served putting it into Wisdom or Charisma.

I've got another I'll post soon.

So you can see, at level 9, by taking a level of Scout I've traded one point of base attack bonus for several skills. The good thing about these two classes is that most of the class-skills overlap. You get a few extra feats at first level scout, but you end up having to spend your heroic charachter level 1 feat on Force sensitivity, and one of your skills on use the Force.

I've ended up with the same number of feats in this case and the straight jedi route, but two are weapon proficiencies granted for free from scout level 1. As it all worked out last time, I had two feats to spend on other combat related feats in the all jedi build, so in the trade for additional skills I've also traded out some flexibility in feat selection.


The two aren't far apart though.
