So you can see, at level 9, by taking a level of Scout I've traded one point of base attack bonus for several skills. The good thing about these two classes is that most of the class-skills overlap. You get a few extra feats at first level scout, but you end up having to spend your heroic charachter level 1 feat on Force sensitivity, and one of your skills on use the Force.
I've ended up with the same number of feats in this case and the straight jedi route, but two are weapon proficiencies granted for free from scout level 1. As it all worked out last time, I had two feats to spend on other combat related feats in the all jedi build, so in the trade for additional skills I've also traded out some flexibility in feat selection.
The two aren't far apart though.
